He does a good job of explaining as well providing proactive stretches and exercises I can do at home. He’s also a nice person with a friendly front offics staff. I personally highly recommend Hayes Chiropractic! You could not ask for better care from the moment you walk in the door to the treatment the doctor, Hayes and Dr. Santilli give. The office staff is friendly. They are very good at booking and rebooking appointments if needed. Dr. Hayes is one of the best chiropractors that I have found in the last 30+ years of my life.

I’ve been going to Hayes Sports Chiropractic for 20 years. I injured my back 23 years ago and since have issues in my cervical, middle, and lower spine. I was in constant pain for years until I went to Dr. Fred’s office. It took consistent care for a few months as any therapy does, but my pain was completely relieved. I still go for “maintenance ” I love both Drs. Fred and Gina for their professionalism, effective treatments, and most of all their kind, generous hearts. It’s the same with the office staff.
